I personally like essential oil diffusers. I use them from time to time. Research have shown that essential oils/diffusers are widely used and have quite an amazing list of health benefits, however, some healthcare bodies discourage the use due to the negative effects from improper use etc. Everything should be done in moderation. Do not overuse it, do not put too much essential oil in it (only a couple of drops is needed), do not keep it on for prolonged periods of time or in a closed room around pets, babies or people that are sensitive to certain smells (like pregnant women), and only use premium organic essential oils. Remember, we have different types of essential oils and some may have adverse reactions on different people with certain medical conditions. Take into consideration the age,health and types of people or animals you use them around. Please use with caution.
Like I always say, if you are not sure about it, don’t use it. Do your own research from reputable sources and consult with a professional if you have any concerns or questions. When it comes to your health, you have to be very cautious.
