Nighttime Leg Cramps

Common Possible Causes:
Electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, anemia, strenuous exercise, inactivity, medications side effect, pregnancy, vitamin B12 deficiency.
Possible Remedies:
Drink plenty of fluids, increase magnesium (use supplements and in diet ( seeds and nuts š„, spinach š„¬ ), check your iron levels, stretching, massages, eat bananas š for potassium, reduce alcohol šŗ intake, take vitamin B12.
Note: Talk to your doctor before taking any magnesium supplements if you are pregnant.
Follow up with your doctor if symptoms donāt improve or if they worsen.
